Who Can Receive Technical Assistance from NCAPPS?

NCAPPS will provide technical assistance to state agencies, territorial governments, and tribal governments to advance person-centered thinking, planning and practice to support people with disabilities and older adults with long-term service and support needs.

Organizations will be eligible for up to 100 hours per year of technical assistance, for up to 3 years.

How Does my Organization Apply?

Download and complete the application and email to NCAPPS@acl.hhs.gov.

The application form collects basic information about your request and your overall goal(s) for technical assistance and systems change. The NCAPPS team will contact you to finalize the application with a discussion about your agencies’ goals, the collaborations that exist or need to be developed in your area, and other priority efforts within your State, Territory, or Tribe.

The first 2019 Technical Assistance application window will be open from January 15th, 2019 to February 12, 2019.

Technical Assistance Application

Technical assistance applications are available now. States, tribes, and territories can apply for technical assistance through an application available online. The deadline for technical assistance applications is February 12, 2019. Completed applications should be submitted to NCAPPS@acl.hhs.gov.
