NCAPPS will provide technical assistance to state agencies, territorial governments, and tribal governments to advance person-centered thinking, planning and practice to support people with disabilities and older adults with long-term service and support needs.
Organizations will be eligible for up to 100 hours per year of technical assistance, for up to 3 years.
